I had my nd my spouse's medicals done 20 days back but the hospital uploaded them today. Is it fine or it may create a doubt in visa officers mind that why the medicals were uploaded soo late. Is it fine or else ?

It should not be your problem. Actually, its better because it will give you 20 more days to land. I had my clinic take 1 week to upload, so the visa I got expires 7 days later than my actual medical date.
