NOC selection with employment requirements?

Hi All,

I am working as a financial analyst. This means NOC 1112 matches my job role. But when i read the description of 1112, it shows following in employment requirements:

Employment requirements

• A bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration or economics
  and
  On-the-job training and industry courses and programs are usually required.
• A master's degree in business administration (MBA) (concentration in finance) or in finance may be required.
• The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, available through a program conducted by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts in the United States, may be required by some employers.

Now, my bachelor degree was BTech, my MBA is given as ONE YEAR POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA by WES and i am not a CFA. Does this mean i cannot apply under NOC 1112? Or employment requirements are not to be considered?

Only lead statement & main duties are relevant in PR application. Rest of the stuff on NOC page is to be ignored.

Ok thanks. But in my express entry profile - it shows the following:

• any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)

Now for my NOC i have put in the completion of MBA degree though WES recognizes reco degree as one year PG diploma. Would that be an issue?

Yes, I think putting in completion date of MBA is the best you can do since you do not have a WES equivalent of any of the requirements. I think this field is probably just a formality.
