We attend interview on 19 September. In Interview they call us lier and they said us that we were making scene to go to canada.but we didn't tell any lie.We are the step son of my father.my father already take his first wife but he also divorced the lady.he want to take us too.my father had Canadian passport too.i want to know why our result getting so late? It's almost 5 weeks

It can take several months to get a decision after an interview.

Visa applications do not expire. Validity of medical or police checks may expire, but if other information is accepted, you will be asked to re-do the police clearance or the medical.

However, be prepared for a challenge if they said you were lying during the interview. Think about what parts they said you were lying about and how you can prepare to answer any questions they may have for you.

I heard that if application reject they send rejection letter very soon.is that true?and if they call me to give me my passport then it's sure that we were getting visa?is it possible to get reject after giving my passport?

I Want all the answers please!

You can receive a rejection letter early if you clearly do not meet requirements (ie, you're not married, etc.) but you can also receive a rejection much later in the process if they find something in your medical or background check that is an issue.

A passport request can often mean you've been approved, but it is always possible to be rejected until you have the COPR and the visa.

As for "all the answers," we can provide you with as many as we can, but we cannot promise them all. Do some research here, read threads, search for keywords - you'll find a lot of information.
