WES statement of marks not received

Hello guys

The status for Wes evaluation changed to on hold.details : degree certificate received, however the statement of marks not received. It was one year post graduate diploma and I remember placing both semester's marksheet along with the degree certificate.

Can anyone please suggest what to do next

You put the marksheets or you applied transcripts from university and submitted that package to WES (without opening it)?

It was the transcript from university
I know that they don't consolidate it, rather stamp those marksheet. Also they sent the sealed envelope directly

Transcripts are usually statement of marks. Check with your university and get a new one to send to WES.

Yes sure, I am going to visit them tomorrow.
However, I know my friends also applied for transcripts on same day for the same course. They have on hold due to verification from the university but for my case it was put to hold as statement of marks not received.Note the degree was received.
