Is der any chance of rejection of TRV visa after getting a passport request letter from CIC .Pleaseee can anyone reply because iam worried already!!!

There is always that possibility. If IRCC received, or discovers, information that indicates your application should be cancelled (fraud, misrepresentation, attempt to claim asylum, etc), then it can be cancelled up to the moment before you get on the aircraft.

I applied for Trv for my work permit from inside Canada. 2 months back I came to India to visit my family, I send my Passport to Indian embassy in New Delhi. I got my passport back with 10 years Visitor stamp instead of WORKER.
I am confusing why they gave me a visitor visa.
