Yes, it has happened to a few people so the best thing to do is always check your spam folder before deleting.

For June folks reiterating the message if you do not receive any update / PPR by next Friday do order GCMS notes. I'm seeing many people from April now ordering GCMS notes and figuring out they had a review required.
I know many people post that they never called or ordered GCMS notes and waited patiently and got PPR in 4th month. If that happens it looks good. But if it doesn't and if you have review required for any reason it won't be prudent to order notes in the 6th month as notes take one month to get delivered.
You don't get extra marks to show that you were patient and didn't order GCMS notes. Do yourselves a favor and order notes sooner than later. Even if you receive your PPR before your notes you're not losing much.
Did you get in a the regular folder or spam folder? Also do you have a gmail account?

Guys can frm ne country we can order gcms notes or only from canada. also does it benifit casue i have seen peopl frm ip1 ordering they get same respinse tht background check still not started. also i blv it tks 4 weeks fr reply so by tht time we will almist be 6 m9nths. dnt u thnk at tht time we can raise wuery through web form. pls advise
