My guess: your lawyer received the AIP letter.
I wish and hope u r correct . They didn’t send me yet. My lawyers assistant said he is reviewing the letter and will send me letter and invoice for the payment soon. So hopefully it’s all positive but ECAS PA side still in process no change in that side yet . The correspondence only shows on sa side

Hi guys,I just got update in my cic account as below,is this AIP???
Dear XXX:
This refers to the Application for Permanent Residence you made under the Spouse or
Common-Law Partner in Canada Class.
It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence as a member of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class. Please note that a final decision will not be made until all remaining requirements for becoming a permanent resident have been met. These requirements include medical, security and background checks for you and, if applicable, all of your family members, both in Canada and abroad, even if they are not applying to join you in Canada at this time. You cannot become a permanent resident until you and all your family members have met these requirements.
IMPORTANT: Passports for yourself and your family members must be valid for the duration of your stay in Canada.

No just dm on sponsor side but when I called them on the phone the lady told me it’s sponsor approval
Sponsor resolution is DM-SA (both are the same) PA is treated a bit different.

As PA we got two phases, AIP and then DM. That's how I have seen it and understand it. Just hold in therw, a bit more wait!

If you travel for as long as 6 weeks (after landing, but before getting the PR card), you could probably apply for a PRTD document while abroad. It can take a few weeks to process.

I have looked into this and it's actually a very complex process, and in particular it is designed for people who are outside of Canada when they apply. You have to send off your passport and it takes some time, maybe 6 weeks to process. This won't work for me as I will need my passport to leave Canada

You don’t have to worry also don’t care about your lawyer! Just call in the morning and you will get all the answers about letter and they will read on the phone as well.
