May be few June applicants left here. They issued PPR for July 4th applicant recently and today we saw for August 28th applicant. So not sure how CIC is working- on basis of Application received/MR date. What is your timeline?

I don't know if he/she applied through paper-based or Express Entry, but if he/she applied through Express Entry, then it is understandable.

I hope it is express entry, LOL. But If it is Paper based, I wish they are not forgetting mid July and August applicants, as they did while issuing Medical requests. Crossed fingers!!
