i dont know..they first had MR rain in feb to may then PPR rain for last year till June. now i am hoping they start MR rain again. since you checked 2017 forums. when did they start issuing MRs for 2017 applicant because MR till feb 2018 are mostly done. any idea buddy? i was thinking this month. coz March 1 applicant got MR on august 28. nothing after that.yes i know u are ahead of me i wish your comes soon so that i can expect mine too

Bro after reading your question i went into that forum again and found that most of the April-Aug applicants got their MR near feb 2018 there was one applicant with March2017 Aor got MR in november2017 So i dont know if this year will be more slower than last year dont know when to expect :/
thank you you checked it out. i do understand what you said very sensible answer. april to august you said got MR in march 2018 but they are done upto 1 march 2018 already. we might be a bit faster this time. as you said one of my friend applied march 2017 and got medical in march 2018 so you might be right. one more.thing is that they are alrwdy done mostly junw 2017 applicants PPRs they got no work to do now. meaning who applied october 2017 last year might get PPR this year luckily if they still dont work on our MRs which is seens impossible for ongoing trend or else they will have holidays upto feb. then ofcourse we will.get MR next year for sure. i hope.you get what i am trying to say lol.
another question is what did they do from oct 2017 to feb 2018? Nothing? my point is they have to do something hahaha..otherwise we will find out this year then.
I agree with what you said waiting is so hard but there is nothing else we can do my friend... its terrible tho we pay more fee than express entry first to province then to federal and we still wait thrice the processing time of express entry which is driving me insane :/
