Thanks, I actually researched the forum a lot on this question, and indeed there are people who are accepting the ITA once they fulfill the full work experience, but yet again, there are others who are declining...

And as the post above, I also afraid of the score to increase, as farazafzal said, it's the end of the year and the IRCC must meet their quota.. that's why we got multiple 440 lately...

That's a tricky situation. I emailed the IRCC regarding thia issue, hope they will answer me soon.
Don’t worry I also got points for Canadian work experience even before I completed the year, I submitted my application after attaining the complete year and had no issues with respect to the eligibility

good to know!
I have read on the CIC website that they are comparing both ITA and eAPR "Scores". So if I do accept it in 3 weeks they will look at the later (eAPR)

what was the draw cut off score?
and what were your scores on both before you had the full work experience for which you claimed and after? meaning what score you applied with and was the supposed score you should have had at the moment(since you didn;t have full work experience)?

for me it was :
Cut off score 440
score in EE profile - 440
supposed score - 415(should have been updated to 440 according to my calculations in 3 weeks)

draw 456.. my points with CEC was 459... CEC work exp would have added 35 points

I undarstand that, but what was your actuall score while receiving the ITA? The score without the system updating your profile before full work experience?
I created the profile in 3rd week of Feb with a score of 459, I was supposed to complete 1 yr CEC by 3rd week of March. I got ITA by the second week of March.
