My guess is there is very little (if anything) will be done - they deliberately do this “80% people are done within a year “ practice, as long as they can keep it up with the 80% for each incoming batch, their performance report would still sound great, and will be enough to earn enough praises and campaign points, while the 20% could just stay there to rot - it doesn’t matter to themYeah there is no way to tell how long it's gonna take and it is not just GTA. Montreal office too is pretty slow. my local office is Montreal. No test invite in about a year and I am not the only one.
Hopefully they will do something about it when we start calling the call centre after 12 months mark.
