Hey, do you know how do they treat the Tie Breaking Rule?
I created my profile in May 2018. But updated it on September 19th. After updating i got crs 440.
Will they consider May or 19th September in my case?

I think the reason behind today's draw is that Canada has a bigger announcement to make on 17th October. i.e Legalization of Cannabis in Canada.

I took a quick look at earlier draws and it seems like they've held a 12th day draw before, each time after there was a spike in the cut-off.

March 14th (456) -> March 26th (446)
June 13th (451) -> June 25th (442)

In both cases, the next draw was 16 days later, i. e. resuming the Wednesday schedule. So I'm guessing it will be on the 31st, not the 29th.

My score is 444 and I submitted my application on Sept 24th. I didn't receive an ITA yet. Should I be concerned or is it just a matter of time?
