Well - There was no indication as to encouragement, more specifically, if you are referring to the above sentence "I have tried to be more flexible" - This does not mean - encouragement. As per my understanding, the answer should be not given following the order of (T, F, NG)

you are right about no indication for word encouragement. But this is True/False/not given , not yes/no/not given. there is a little difference between them.
In true false not given , we have to go with factual info, but in yes no not given we have to find exactly writer's opinion or what is mentioned in simple words ditto info.

moreover, this is my answer. I may or may not be wrong. you can check other members answers as well.. Thanks.

I have specific query on the task 1 of the writing part.

The the topic of the letter spoke about 'improvement' of the property.

In my example rendered - I stated about 'replacing an existing & leaking pipe of an existing wash basin'.

I think I have messed up here

Theoritically, should my example be considered a REPAIR or an IMPROVEMENT?

Please advise

I guess its correct as myself write about replace old electric meter .
As replace can be considered as improving by putting up new thing .
And I don’t think in matter or a flat what to improve as its not a service based it’s tangible thing

Even I wrote 21 as B. But many people here opted C as the answer. Daniel topd Katie not to copy his idea, but I think it wasn't the reason why he told her research about running
