Then again, EE wasn't exactly new in 2017, considering the fact that it started in January 2015.
Since then, more than 2 years have passed.
If you look at the earlier CRS cut offs. They used be very high. Only last year the trend started with 430s cut-off because of back to back draws.

I have a question that if Cut off is 440 so everyone who is having 440 or more register will get ITA or only the highest will get??

Anybody with a score of 440 or above will get a call who had submitted their EE profile around 30 hours before the express entry draw.

This 30 hour period is the cutoff time after which IRCC put the profiles submitted after that into the pool for the next draw.

Please also tell me I have a bachelors in Telecommunications and I have an experience of four years in the same field, Is there any NOC for this profession?

Can't wait for the next draw. Again a crucial one after the unexpected surge in CSR last time. Lost all excitement after the last draw though.
Still regretting why I wasted more than a month on ROH, hoping that the CSR would come down to 430s. I usually leave no stone unturned, and cannot sit back and wait patiently for things to get better on their own. But I did, for a month or so coz everyone was predicting the score to be around 435 by the last quarter of the year. Thanks to that 440 theory, no matter how illogical that may sound to many, my false hopes got shattered and I convinced my husband to improve IELTS score. However, even 442 doesn't seem to be good enough a score anymore.
If I were the main applicant, I would have started learning French already. But alas, I am not.

If you are 440+ get all your documents ready for AOR. I don't see how you may not get an ITA this year. Good luck!

442 stands a pretty good chance. Last draw was a shocker. Hopefully, it drops in the upcoming draw. I predict 442-443 :)
