I am in the Express entry pool since 2015 and climbing the CRS ladder from 365 to 406 and finally 438.
If i applying as un accompanying spouse, my CRS is 460. Until the last draw i was hoping the CRS would come down to 438 in upcoming draws, but the last draw broke all my hopes and left pulling my hairs.

Do i wait???? or apply as un accompanying spouse??

Any advise??

If you and your spouse can stay alone without each other 12-18 months then nothing stoping you to apply with non accompanying spouse. You can apply for family sponsorship visa for your spouse once you are a pr card holder and fulfil other criteras. Whole process will take more than a year.
If you are asking for advice whether or not you should wait for cut off to fall at 438 then I could only say it is very unlikely.

Decision is yours. Good Luck!

I achieved CLB 9 in all sections of IELTS on my 3rd attempt and challenged WES to re-evaluate my bachelors as 2 or more certificates because i had one bachelor and a diploma. This is my journey.

I would say, wait another couple of months. The CRS will drop.

has the CRS come down below 440 at all this year (or at least in the last 6 months?).

I get the feeling that the CRS cutoffs are just going to increase going forward (especially because of what is happening south of the border). I myself came from the US (for different reasons though), and know a lot of people who are now applying to Canada as a backup. I personally know at least 3 people, and many more that i saw at the IELTS exam center.

This is true. But the targets of total invitations have not yet been achieved, so technically CRS can drop.

You may also consider retaking IELTS to reach clb10 imo
