Hey,
Not to be rude, I just want to suggest that if you did make a copy of your application, check out if the email of your spouse is entered correctly. Sometimes they won't use it if they can't make out what it is.It happens. Try sending in a webform to make sure they have the correct email address on file. I say this because it happened for our pr card application. You know how Canada post autofills an address. They put a different address just by using that. Imagine my surprise when I saw it. I tried changing it in ecas, but after 10 business days nothing happened. Had to use webform to get it resolved. Wasn't even our mistake. So just might want to look into it.
Thanks! We have thought on that, but checked and the email address was correct. Gonna use the webform to get in touch with them just to be sure tho :)

it didn't happened to me. My BGC changed to in progress in July but no update on ECAS.
I got "We started processing your application" on ECAS on the day I got PPR.
My application is also handled by CPC M.

June 22 applicant here.. No response from the immigration until now...
IRCC phone line gets very busy almost every single day. Just keep trying to call them throughout the day until you get connected. I found beginning and right before end of their shift to be the slower times.

Please also check the spam folder of your email because some updates get stored there. Do check your physical mailbox as well as there might be a possibility of the application package being returned to sender.

How long does it take to get ppr after medical? IRCC send my file visa office Singapore
It really varies between different VOs and applications. Try checking the Singapore VO thread or previous applications that were processed there in any trackers available online. That should give you an idea of how fast applications usually get processed in that certain VO.

Hi, I'm sponsoring my wife. My application was received at Mississauga on July 10th. I have yet to receive any correspondence whatsoever, including the AOR or sponsor eligibility. I've been trying to link the my paper application to my online account. Unfortunately I haven't managed to, and I would really appreciate some help. I'm sponsoring my spouse. When entering the application details to link it to my online account, I choose:
Category: Permanent Residence
Sub-category: Family Class (Spouses)
I don't have any application number or UCI, so I choose to identify the application by:
Family Name, Given Name and Date of Birth. So here, whose details do I enter? The sponsor's or the principal applicant's? It's not clear.
Then for Applicant's personal details, I choose Passport, and here I'm assuming it's the principal applicant's?
Finally, for the number of applicants, including the primary applicant, is it one or two? Is it just the PA, or the PA and sponsor? Thank you so much for your help. I'm starting to get anxious, since it's been three months. I'm not sure what to do. Should I expect a letter in my mailbox (in Canada)? Or an e-mail sent to my wife's address or what? Thanks again.

Link to GCKey using PA’s info. Number of applicants: PA+Sponsor+Dependents.
AOR will normally come by email to the sponsor, some people never get it, some people get it by regular mail.
