We received for both of us ... and no for child (eliminated RPRF fee)

Please be patient you may get another RPRF request for both...

Since you have 30 days time , please create webform request for this issue ..and talk to IRCC as well

Thank you for your kind words. I'm just wondering what the rationale is behind sending the request to one of us not both, there's gotta be a reason and I'm wondering as to why we hadn't both been asked to pay it.
Only 7 days were given.

If we had paid, this wouldn't have happened. But, the underlying reason as to why only one of us was asked to pay would still be.

It's weird. Sometimes they end up missing things by mistake. In fact mistakes are more common than you might think. Contact them. I am sure it's an oversight

Exactly, I thought it could have been by error, then I saw someone on the forum who had this happen to them too. I do hope that this is the case.

That's your opinion. If people didn't want to understand the process, there wouldn't be people here asking and answering questions. Hopefully everyone gets their PR.
