Receiving test date confirmation

Hi fellow applicants,
I’m kind of freaking out-I applied for citizenship out of Vancouver and my application status said they sent me a test confirmation on Oct 1 but as of today (Oct 12) I haven’t received anything in the mail. (I don’t know if they send it by mail or email but I have not received either.)
I don’t even know where to go to take the test.

Thanks for your reply. I’ll call I hope they can help. I received my AOR by email but I haven’t received any emails from them since. I definitely checked my junk folder and everything-there’s nothing.
