What exactly do you mean by "Otherwise, I hope you have enough time to do that if you plan to land after getting married"?

Does their communication mean i am able to add my spouse after i get married?

Means if you don’t complete the landing, your existing visa will be invalid once you’re married. But if you get married and your visa is still not expired you can request them to add your spouse so that will issues revised permits.

Im quite surprised as to why they say "you must complete the landing process before you are married". They do later mention that " as your spouse would need to be added to your application" so i guess it clarifies that this option is available as well. Its just abit confusing.
