GCMS Notes - Query

My Spouse and I ordered GCMS notes earlier in July and we noticed 12 activities related to Security. See below:

Updated date:
UCI: 0000000 (PA)
Name: hjjhhhh
Sub-activity/activity: security
Field name: Status
New value:
Office: cpc-ottawa

We are stuck under BG check. AOR is 22.01.2018; criminality, eligibility and Medicals all passed. Info sharing for both of us is completed.

Could someone please explain what does this mean? Thank you

BG check stucks if one has multiple employers. This is what I know so far.
