Can PCC be done from different cities for primary and sec applicant

Dear Experts,

I will be getting the ITA in the next draw. My wife is a Primary applicant living in Delhi. My work location is Bangalore, but I do work from home as well- Delhi/Bareilly(my permanent address).

Scenario:
1. My wife has her Permanent address of Delhi in her passport. And she lives there.
2. I recently got my passport around 3 months back with permanent address in Bareilly-U.P.

Questions:-
1. Is it mandatory to get PCC from same place for both the applicants?
2. If No, Can we do it from our respective hometowns?
3. Should I get my PCC from Bangalore or Bareilly?

Any one who faced similar situation and successfully got the PR approved, please help us.
