How do we get provincial nominee program to add 600 points to our CRS point? I am from outside canada and planning to apply for express entry.

Before I want to apply through consultancy but after thorough review I plan to go on with the application on my own.

There are some provinces on which you will have to apply and some invite themselves.

You can apply but rarely employers accept applications without PR.
