Hi guys. I'm just new to the forum and I hope you could help me out. I am planning to apply for fsw through express entry and i want to start my ECA application. I finished 4 years bachelor's degree in nursing. Apart from this do i know to include my secondary education (high school) upon my ECA application?

Only if your ECA organism (WES, IQAS, etc...) requires it.
For some countries, they do require documents from high school, even if you don't want high school diploma to be assessed.
