Visa for January 2019 status

finally this screenshot is fake. border service canada and immigration service said fake to all this.today one of my friend got visa, he did not get any mail of this kind.
 
Hi guys i have applied through offline vfs chndigarh on 17 sep and linked gc key on 25 sep under sds but my medical exam status is saying that... You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes..... but i submitted a medical report because i applied for sds visa... can anyone clear my this confusion?

yes one of my friend got his visa this week he didn't got any note like that..
 
don't know about it today I'll meet my agent and notify you but i called him few days back about my status he said still August files are pending ..
