Hi all,

I submitted my citizenship application last year, it was received in March 2017 and they started processing my application since May 2017.
it is still in process and I have limited information about the reason behind the delay.
Can anyone help to explain what might be the problem, and what should I do?

Did they tell you whether it is non-routine? Which office ? Considering you submitted under the old law, you should have plenty of days for physical presence, so it must be either really bad luck or some other issues

Did you passed the test ? Did you asked them which part it is not done ?
I applied August 2017 ,when I call them I asked which part it is not done . You can ask them too, to find out what is the problem .
