Check my edited post above.

You are eligible for BC PNP, but not for FSW, CEC, FST programs.well that means I can't apply for BC PNP, because I need to have a profile with 1 year of work experience in EE.
That why does BC PNP Int. Grad stream mentions you DO NOT need any work experience to apply / just a job offer?
Thanks for clarifying. My plans are now a little changedYou are eligible for BC PNP, but not for FSW, CEC, FST programs.
They work dependently from each other.
Being eligible for BC PNP doesn't exempt you from being eligible for Federal program.
So, you need to wait till you complete 1 full year of continuous work experience before actually submitting EE profile. Before that, you'll receive a notice saying you're not eligible.
You can't apply for BC PNP now! I didn't say you could! You misunderstood me. Because to apply for BC PNP you need to already have a valid EE profile showing you meet the criteria for one of the programs!
Better now than having to see your application being rejected. Thanks for clarifying. My plans are now a little changed
Thank you! And will this be OK if I hop from job to job during this 1 year?Better now than having to see your application being rejected.
Finish 1 year of work XP, create and submit an EE profile, and apply for BC PNP Intl Grad.
All the best, cheers.
Unfortunately, if you do have 1-2 month gap, the continuity requirement will be voided, and you won't be able to use to fulfill the 1-year minimum.Thank you! And will this be OK if I hop from job to job during this 1 year?
I will make sure to get a document from each stating my duties and time worked.
Can I combine them into 1 year later , assuming they were all the same NOC? And is the gap between them (say 1-2 month) could be a problem?
Sorry I am asking you too many questions

It's paramount that the 1-year be continuous, without any breaks at all. No hopping from job to job, as that will naturally create gaps, and therefore discontinuity.
No worries for the questions!
Cheers
Am I missing something? Because he is saying that there is no continuity requirementYou are a CEC applicant so there is no continuity requirement and you can combine NOC's to meet the eligibility criteria.
If you are CEC, yes, no continuity requirement.Actually, I was answered similar question on this forum before by DelPiero07 in the different thread

Thanks a lot to you and DelPiero07. The continuity requirement is for FSW, not CECIf you are CEC, yes, no continuity requirement.

I should have researched more instead of bugging you guys
Yes we know there is a difference.https://www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/B-C-Provincial-Nominee-Program/BC-PNP-pathways
Please read up on the difference between Skilled Immigration and express entry
It is clear as daylight that you do not need work experience if you are going to apply non express entry. It is a bit slower but it is a legitimate option
