Where to put middle name for family members in PR form

Hi Guys,

I got my ITA and in the process of getting all the required documents. While filling out family history, I am seeing that there is no place for middle name, we have first and last name.

Now, my father and FIL both have middle name, so should I put it in the FName / LName field or omit it all together.

Please advice.

You can move it under F name or L name.

Does'nt really matter. I put it under First Name
