Study permit no update it’s been 3 moths now

I have applied for study permit for PhD programme in Waterloo .. I have submitted paper application on 12th July from London office UK till that time there’s no update at all the status is still same that application is being processing I am very worried normally it takes only four weeks from Uk I have made a lot of enquiries still they are not updating anything now my university gave me deadline I am very upset how can I force them to do decsion as soon as possible can some one please tell

What kind of inquiries? You need to send WebForm and call their Canadian number until you get through.
Other than that you can only wait unfortunately. Are you from the UK? The processing time is an average, some cases especially those from non UK people will take longer.

yea I did I have sent a lot of web forms and Un fortunately there’s no Canadian number I have called the high commission of Canada in London they said straight away they can’t do anything I should keep filling wen forms

There is an irrcc number for canada search around for it, you might need to use a Canadian number to call, you can try Hangouts Dialer App or buy a virtual Canadian number online.
