Newborn baby entry into Canada, I’m the father

hello, this seems complicated, but your help is welcome...
I was in a relationship with a lady in Cebu Philippines for the past 10 months. My gf is pregnant and no longer wants a relationship with me, (parents interfering I suspect), and she does not want to raise our child and has decided for me to come take the baby once born. I am positive I am the father, since we spent every minute of every day together. What is the process I must follow. I’ve been told the baby will be born Canadian even in the Philippines. HELP ME PLEASE! She admittedly is extremely poor and has no means of raising our child.

Not quite sure what you are asking... You can apply for a Citizenship Certificate for the child but there may well be a DNA test request. You will also need formal permission to remove the child to Canada from the mother.
