Intra transfer Question

Dear Experts, I'm in need of your advise. I've my express entry profile (NOC-2171 - Information System and consultant) and currently my over all score is 306.

I work in USA and my organisation is ready to provide intra-transfer to Toronto-Canada as a NOC-A type (Computer System Consultant - Managerial). Even, if i include the Job Offer points for Canada i get max around 356.
I have question on this. If i go ahead with, will i get approval to move to Canada ? If i move, How many points i will get post 1 year of experience in Canada?
Also when can i able to apply for PR in this situation.

It's not possible for any of us to say if the ICT will be approved.

Note that you won't be able to claim job offer points until you have worked in Canada for a full year.
