I applied offline on September 21st. My status in GCkey account has updated to "Your application was approved". But I have not received the approval over email. Did this happen to anyone?

I applied on 5 th sep ..still no review started

I've applied on 23rd September, offline, vfs Egypt, cairo. Linked my account on 25th and the status changed into checking background and processing application. since then there has been zero changes to the status of my application. any guesses how much more it would take for an answer, because i am afraid i would get a late refusal that i don't have enough time to order CAIPS and re-apply.
