Spouse Degree

Hi

My spouse has done Correspondence BA from Shridhar University. They had provided all certificate with a provisional degree but has not provided Degree certificate. Now I have got ITA and I had shown Bachelor of my spouse. My consultant is asking for a degree certificate of my spouse. However, I have not claimed any education points of my spouse. Either I have to give them a degree or consent to go forward with a provisional degree. Kindly tell me whether this will affect my case.

The question was for a degree for which an ECA was done, the answer should have been none for your spouse regarding education. You can submit a LOE in the placeholder instead explaining the situation.

Also, I have personal loan going on I cannot pre-pay it because bank rule says I can pre-pay after one year. It has been 8 months now.(I will keep the balance for one year installments). If possible I will prepay it after 1 year. They are asking me to get the details from bank. Can you tell me what details do I need to get from bank.

Just make sure that the balance is above the threshold after deducting the loan amount. Money shouldn't be exactly at the threshold, best practice is to have a couple thousands more.

I have one more query.
I have worked in the same department under different projects from 2011 to 2015 for which I got different experience letters. Now at that time, my employers have not mentioned job duties. I had written my own job duties performed by me in all projects and merge them. When my resume was approved, I claimed points from 2012 to 2015. My consultant asked to get the job duties to experience letter. I somehow requested to all my heads to give me new experience letter. But they resume refuse to write the same job duties rather they had written in their own words. However, the meaning remains the same. Some job duties they have merged. Now the experience letter for which I have claimed points have 8 job duties which are same as in my resume of 22 job duties. Even I had provided them my all experience letters. Still, they ask me to provide consent about my job duties. Does it cause any issue? If provide the consent that my employer had merged some job duties while some job duties have the same meaning so they approved the only right one. What to do. As my employers are rude they don't provide me it again.

No, Only verbal communication was done. One of my employers didn't reply to my email yet.

Can I pay my personal loan after accepting ITA? Do I need to show the document as I have already shown a balance certificate.
