There will be no further interview; however Employee (Expatriates) will participate in two weeks training exercise in Canada before resuming at his / her duty post at same 2712 37 Ave NE Unit #109, Calgary, AB T1Y 5L3 Canada.
You will be entitled to a fixed salary of $ 10,500.00 CAD (Ten thousand five hundred Canadian Dollars) per monthly with $100 CAD (One Hundred Canadian Dollars) in cash weekly for pocket allowance.
You will be entitled to receive $127,200.00 CAD (One hundred and twenty seven thousand two hundred Canadian Dollars) Per Annum.
You will also be governed by the Company’s performance linked variable pay plan.

All months Employees of resumption are entitled All Employees to 1week Leave will receive which can $750 be CAD taken as once allowance at a time for or each 3 months leave period.
Employer for each Inter-continental trip shall be paid CAD $1000 flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. Travel shall be by (first class) flight, or otherwise if necessary, however for the travel/entertainment purpose of commencement, allowance the cost cost shall of be travel substantiated ticket shall and be shall paid in be addition the rate charged to

Employer shall take care of employees' (Travel flight ticket) expenses including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer who intend to come with his / her family.
However employee (Expatriates) will bear the cost of (Canadian Visa Working Permit ) which will be substantiate with receipts and Employer will reimburse the Employee within Five (5) working days after submission of Employee's expense report and receipts as proofs of such expenses.
The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to employees upon presentation of expense reports and receipts of expenses.
There permit will and be necessary a travel travel check document and flight for ticket your sent trip to to you Canada after you before have travel, acquire as such your no visa excuses and working will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default.
All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in Canada shall be paid into Foreign Employee’s account to be opened by employee at Canada bank assign to him / her , Strictly Mandatory.
DAYS & HOURS OF WORK:
APOTEX PHARMACHEM INC. days of operation are Monday to Friday, Time from 08:00 AM to 17:00 employee is expected to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.
OVERTIME: Payment of overtime, for overtime eligible positions, will be paid for all hours worked in excess of 45 hours within one week.
ACCOMMODATION/FEEDING:
All Employees are expected to reside at the Company's Staff estate; there are different type of flats and fully furnish depending on the employee numbers of family and a Sedan Ford Fiesta 2015 model for employees use during the contract.
Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options. In case of local dishes, we have senior chefs from various countries to handle such.
MEDICAL EXPENSES:
Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.
OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER:
Laptop Computer/Desk Top with Full time Internet access is also made available phone employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone; this shall have a reasonable credit limits application per month.
TERMINATION:
Termination without cause either party may terminate this agreement without cause upon ninety (90) Days prior written notice to the other, Termination for cause either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the other party materially or repeatedly defaults in the performance of its obligations and has not cured such default within 30 days of receipt of a default notice specifying the default and the intention to terminate.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Neither party shall be responsible for any damages, delay in performance if caused by any act or occurrence beyond its reasonable control such as embargoes, changes in government regulations or requirements (executive, legislative, judicial, military or otherwise), acts of war or terrorism, power failure, electrical surges or current fluctuations, lightning, earthquake, flood, the elements or other forces of nature, delays or failures of transportation, or acts,
Without limitation, neither Employee nor practice shall be responsible for any interruption in Services caused by an interruption in or failure of Internet services. Employee recognizes that any such Internet or network outage if lasting more than a single 10 hour work shift may, if practice scheduling allows, be credited against employee 's vacation time or may otherwise result in a prorated reduction in the contract minimum cash payment to the Employee.
CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION:
Return of Property and Confidential Information In the event of termination for any reason, Employee shall return to Practice all property and Confidential Information (as defined in Section 15) received from Practice, employee shall immediately cease using any passwords or other information provided by Practice for access to Practice's or Practice Client's information systems, and employee shall return to Practice at Employee's own expense the workstation and any other equipment or software provided to Employee by Practice.
RESIGNATION:
Should you wish to resign your employment in APOTEX PHARMACHEM INC you will be required to provide 8 weeks’ written notice to enable us to transition your work and this Agreement may be amended only by a writing that is signed by both parties.
SAFETY & SECURITY:
Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.
