What is the processing time after medical is passed ?

NOT YET. APPROVAL MAIL RECEIVED FROM DELHI EMBASSY ON 04.10.2018.
I THINK BY THIS WEEK I WILL GET MY PASSPORT.
VFS will handover this passport to me or to my agent?
