[HELP] Open Work Permit Outside Canada

My name is Kevin and I am from Hong Kong.

Highly appreciated if someone could help me with this questions below.

What is the requirements to apply for an open work permit?
Do I have to have family members that are currently a PR?
Do I need a certain grade of education, example a diploma / degree?
Do I have to have a job offer before applying the permit?
Can I apply for the PR with an open work permit after a certain time working in Canada, if not, is there anyway I could apply for PR while working in Canada with an open work permit?
Is there any restriction on the job, for example, I needed to find a job that support LMIA or the Open Work Permit is LMIA Exempt?

Open work permit are only granted in very limited situations. Most likely you do not qualify for one.

One example is if you are married and your spouse is in Canada on a work permit and has a job that is skill level A, B or 0. Another example is if you are married and your spouse is studying in Canada as an international student on a study permit.

That's not the only option, but again, there are very limited circumstances under which an open work permit is issued. You can find more information here:

For a spousal OWP, nothing.
