Hello There, Hope everyone is doing well?
I have one question regarding Express Entry/Canadian Experience Class.

I recently got a full time Job as a Software developer but the company is a startup/mid level and they are offering me $14/hour but they are offering me full time hours i.e. 30+ hours per week.

My question is, Is the $14/hour salary eligible for PR filing in Future or my salary should be more than that to be eligible for PR.

Please do let me know as I am really puzzled right now for this. I wish you all the best and thanks for reading my post and reply.

Salary isn't supposed to matter for CEC. However $14 per hour is very very low for that occupation. $14 is minimum wage in some provinces. If your wage is too low, sometimes this can cause IRCC to question whether you actually performed that occupation since you aren't being compensated accordingly. That's the risk you run.

I'm in the same boat. Gotta hope the experience is considered the important bit, I don't think it's fair to refuse someone PR because they are willing to work hard for less money.
