Travel History - Europe

Hi everyone,

I know there are a few threads covering this topic but I have a couple of other questions.

1. My common law partner has 2 citizenships and she traveled often between those two countries, does she have to write down those trips?
2. Since we're living in Europe and we travel quite a lot, it is impossible to remember every country we went through. Are we supposed to write approximate dates or just state in a letter that we are uncertain if we covered all the trips in the past 10 years?
3. Do we have to state the travel history of our family members?

1) if she mentioned both counties in address history there is no need to report travel history between them
2) just state approx if it doesnt contradict any passport stamps or travel docs you are uploading
3) there is no such field.

I appreciate your quick response. Last question on this topic. Is there a limit to adding trips? My girlfriend added over 40 and the after logging in for the second time they are all gone although she saved a few times throughout the process.

I think limit is for 30 records.

you have to put the additional entries in LOE.

I don't know if this is some sort of a bug but our travel history was gone after we saved it. This is the 2nd time we had more than 30 entries and the entire list just vanished the next time we logged in.
If this really has to do with the number of entries then it's quite bad they didn't put a notice that users shouldn't exceed the limit of 30 entries.

I guess it has nothing to do with the number of entries, we just added 20, logged out and back in again and they were gone...
This is a bit frustrating. Do they have to be in chronological order or? Are the servers down?
