I have 1 year of paid apprenticeship experience in a fortune 500 company in manufacturing and testing domain and 2.5 years of work experience in the field of marketing ?

Can I show this in totality as 3 + years of worl exprenece in my Express Entry application ?

Yes you can, no issues as long as both the NOCs are 0, A or B type. You have to select one of them as your primary NOC which must be at least One year Continuous Paid experience at NOC type 0, A or B.
