I applied for my citizenship 2 months back and didn't receive AOR yet. i am still waiting for that.

mean while i am planning to apply for citizenship for my wife now. Does both the files are processed separately.

Is there anyway that she can include with my file.

Please let me know

No, she cannot be included. Your files will be processed separately.
The only way for family applications to be processed together is to send them in the same package together.

The hard way is to withdraw your application, wait for it be sent back, prepare your new application along with your spouse and resubmit with appropriate fees. Thereby it can processed together. You will be starting afresh losing your position in the line up.
