Friends I need help. I submitted my medicals upfront.
Now those medicals are expired and cic requested new ones. Problem is, the panel physician isn’t giving me an e-medical report. He just gave me the payment receipt not e-medical report because he said Medicals are not ‘upfront.’ CIC sent me a ‘client biodata summary report’ pdf WHICH the physician kept. Anyone been through this? Is the applicant suppose to submit that form completed by the physician?
Please anyone who retook the medicals after cic requested them, is just the payment slip sufficient proof of medical? It’s literally just the receipt with the amount I paid, nothing more- no consent form no barCODE, no picture. Only my name and the money I paid. HELP

hi guys..completing my 180 days this 8th Oct and still waiting for the gentleman JE10743 to pick my application..

called CIC on 1st Oct and got the same answer that everything looks fine and you should wait for the 6 month time which will be actually 11th of Oct..

discussed with my consultant and was told to raise a web form one the 180 days are over...but as I see people who have raised web forms are also not seeing any update...

do we have the same scenario with Mar and earlier applicants...? earlier we could see PPRs being given in batches...is it the same trend once we cross the 180 days mark or one in a while there will be update in one of the older files etc?

Hey all, just to update you on this. Received my COPR today. The "Waiting" part of the journey from here is over. Will be hanging around in the Post PPR section from now on and hope to see all of you there very soon.

Anyone with April 2018 AORs got everything passed (background checks, EE, etc) except the X-ray part of medicals due to the pregnancy? If yes, did you get a final update from IRCC saying something like "once medicals (X-ray) completed you will be issued with final decision"?

Also, as per my Sep 26, 2018 GCMS notes, seems like my EE is under 'review required' since April 20, 2018. Could my EE be taking long reviews because medicals (X-ray part) is not completed anyway?

I submitted my PR application inside Canada under Express Entry Skilled Worker Category on 27th April 2018.
Application Status : Medical exam passed, Background check and eligibility criteria is in progress in CIC account.

Day before yesterday I received an email on my agent's email ID stating

"Attached to this email is a letter indicating the date and time of your permanent resident landing interview at CIC Etobicoke. Please print this letter and bring it with you to your interview. Also attached is a document detailing the photo requirements for your confirmation of permanent residence document. "

But attached letter states that "We are pleased to inform you that the processing of your application for permanent residence will be finalized at an interview that is scheduled for"

Note: I released my agent from my profile while submitting the application due to some conflicts with my agent.

What does it mean by will be finalized and what to expect in this interview.

I tried to call CIC contact number but it says my application still in progress and disconnects the call due to high call volume. Its so stupid

I am not sure whom to ask about it as none of my known people get this interview email. I would really appreciate your help

For inland people cic is doing landing interviews. You will come out of interview as new Canadian PR so please just go to interview.

Once you have done that, onus is on there end to review the document, whether they take few second, a day or 7-8 days...
You do not need to concerned at all.
I believe they should be completing your application very soon and you should receive the PPR.

Since you have submitted the documents before the deadline, now you need to wait. No need to worry.

If you go to the documents submitted in myCic account, is there an empty field for submitting the documents they requested? If so you can use that.

I got my GCMS notes today and have troubles understanding the reasons for delay (my AOR is April 23rd).
I have:
Eligibility: Passed
Security: <empty, but I have s.15(1) sign which means passed according to this>
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
Everything else is empty

Paper file office is empty

In the list of activities, I have 7 activities with no dates, no other info, but with my name and s15(1) on the right corner, so I would assume this is something about security.
My last update of the file was on 2018/07/23 23:08:47 (according to GCMS).

My CIC profile says they are reviewing the additional documents (military records submitted on June 6th), no notes found about their assessment of these records in GCMS.

Can anybody help me what else I can look at in GCMS notes? Thanks in advance!

Towards the end of the GCMS notes, in the last few pages, you will find detailed information on your file, please read that to know the exact status of your application.
Please also call IRCC, in case, your call lands to a good agent, he/she should be able to provide the current status of your application.
