Documents needed for freelancers.

Hello everyone.
I am a freelance counsellor and a therapist. I have been in the field for 5 years now. But I just had one big contract with a company which lasted for 10 months. The other times I had individual clients coming to me for a few hours at a time. I would like to know which documents would I need for a successful application.

Same here. I want to know same thing... what documents I need to be freelancer or IT Consultant for example...
