Two Express entry profiles for Spouse Accompanying and Non-accompanying

After seeing recent CRS draws
I just had a question that whether can we create 2 EE profiles, one as Spouse Accompanying and another one as Non accompanying ? with 2 different user ids.
Please let me know if anyone already done that

No you should not create two profiles even from different id as such they will find out with your passport number

How can I proceed to change accompanying to non accompanying?
whether I need to delete and create new EE profile or can I able to make a change in the current (accompanying) profile itself?
