Hello,
I have applied for study permit , and my application refused the reasons:-

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to carry out your stated purpose in coming to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure.

iam planing to reapply again , what are the required documents i need in my case to respond to above concerns

Thanks in advance

The official is saying "you don't show enough money and your ties to Canada are too strong compared to your ties to your own country, so you will probably overstay... Heck, you don't even have enough money to survive before getting a job in-campus".

How would you prove him wrong?

Ties to your country are evidence of responsibilities you leave there and that motivate you to come back:

- leaving your spouse and children behind
- leaving a house or a lot, specially if rented
- leaving your companies, investments, etc.
- leaving the work you've had for a few years now (stable)
- leaving a life of wellness, like being well-employed on a good salary and a management role
- leaving an important group you're the leader of
- leaving your sick parents or brother who need you to survive (with evidence)
- leaving a research project that will continue for the next year
- leaving your studies while you're in the middle of them

Basically, you leave something back home that will break/die/explode if you don't come back. Those are ties.
