I am an April 14th applicant and haven’t heard from them yet. I sent them my newer passport copy last month. Hope it didnt mess up with the timeline. This gives me so much anxiety, even May applicants are getting their medical request.

I think if your Applicarion is full. You don't need any further steps, unless, you didn't submit your police certificate and maybe Biometrics. It's really depends on from where you applied from and what is your nationality as requirements are different

I 100% agree with you! it all depends where you live but I think they got all the necessary things unless they want extra info from ya. and yes it supposed to be 3 months after you pass medical.

i think they request background first but they don't process it untill they get the medical and all other stuff. it depends thou

On the Application help steps. They said that applicants are not required to submit the police certificate with the application, but it will be nice and easier to submit it rather than they send you a letter and ask you to submit it and that will cause a felay.

So, buttom line. It is better to submit it with the application but you are not in danger if you did not

I believe now it's mandatory to submit police certificate with your application

Got my medical request on Sept 24th and I am scheduled to do my exam on the 11th in Calgary AB. Excited and nervous. Not looking forward to driving 2 hours in the snow but, gotta do what you gotta do, right?

Good Luck, I just did mine on Saturday. It is easy, and I just got Approved for my OWP Today Too. Finally, they started to move fast. I was going crazy staying home without a job

I applied for sponsorship application on April,25th with OWP.

THE OWP Application returned back to me for a mistake on payment on june,25th.
They received it back on June, 28th

On September,28th I received the medical exam request which I did on next day (last saturday)

Yesterday I found an approval on my OWP

Well, I had no reason to be anxious. I got my medical request today.
I am an April 13th application.

Btw, are people required to give their fingerprints now? I was reading it’s mandatory for ppl from some regions. I am from South America, they say it doesn’t apply for me yet. Just wondering
