@jes_ON can you please review this and provide your input ?Hi everyone,
I have submitted an online application for Canadian Permanent Residency through Express Entry profile in Provincial Nominee Program stream on April 2018.
Currently, I am on Open work Permit and work in Canada. My current work permit is valid up to January 2019. I wish to apply for a bridging open work permit to cover the probable gap that might arise between January up to the final decision on my PR application in case my PR application is decided after January.
I have my BC provincial nomination letter which does not have employment restriction and my PR acknowledgment of receipt letter (AOR) as support document for my bridging open work permit application.
Do you think If I need BC PNP work permit support letter as well for bridge open work permit application? I think I don't need it since according to BC PNP this letter is for a closed work permit.
I'm wondering if anyone could comment on this post.
Regards,
Thanks. Tried calling twice but couldn't get through. Will try again tomorrow. I too have many trips to around 26 countries. In your call with IRCC did you ask what is the status of your :
- Eligibility - Passed/Met/Recommended Pass or Review required ? (if you have passed, when was this passed)
- Criminality - Passed or ongoing
If you have not ask this before I can suggest you to call them now until 4:00pm and asked these questions..
That is actually more like 8.5 months. How did he know the due date? Is it based on the day your R10 was met ?hello guys, I just spoke to an agent; because of the eligibility under review, my application has a DUE DATE for December 17th (Aor April 4th) ......he said: "you will probably receive an update on your application around that time". we are talking about 8 Months
I have no idea... I've never heard of any DUE DATE TIMELINE for permanent residency beside the 6 months mark. That is actually more like 8.5 months. How did he know the due date? Is it based on the day your R10 was met ?
