Lots of factors will give you a vague time frame. Where are you applying from? I’m applying within Canada and have been on IP2 for a month and waiting. I’m on day 40 since AOR
Thanks for your reply. I am a CEC inland applicant AOR Aug 27.

Dear good people! I got the RPRF request today and paid the same day. My BG status changed to ip2 on the same day. The below is the message came with the request:-
"This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa. The admissibility review is currently in process; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose."

Does it mean that I already passed the eligibility?
What is the approximate timeframe to get PPR?
TIA

Hey u guys....

Out of curiosity, Does anyone know if while waiting for an additional document, CIC completely stops working on your application?

For instance, if your BG is processing and they ask u an additional PCC, while waiting you submitting it they stop all the process until u send the document?

I am just trying to figure out on how an ADR may delay the application.

Thx
Anyone? Any Idea?

So far per immitracker, 4 Indian Nationals residing in the US got their PPR 53 - 55 days after AOR. Similar trend to the July folks.

If you want to get a rough idea of what to expect for yourself you can look for someone that matches your situation in our previous months and look at their timeline.

If they do that would be a very inefficient process. I would assume they don’t stop working on your application and process the rest of other items in parallel. For example if they ask for your divorce certificate they won’t stop the backround check, employment verification, etc. Backround checks are usually automated.

In a WhatsApp group for July-August AOR, there are more than 10 US residents, FSW-O stream, got PPRs. The time frame is around 40-50 days since AOR.

Why seems the Outland applicants based in US have an advantage? I would say cuz it is easier to do security check.....just a guess
