An Important Query regarding Reference Letter

I have an very important query

I am unable to get letter with duties as per NOC from my previous company but I can only provide them my business card and offer letter.

Please advise any documents support that can help me.

All my previous contacts has left company and My HR Manager who is in new company is willing to give me any reference i.e. he can write a letter with my JD confirming my tenure.

Is there anyway I can get help from him ?

Unfortunately, business card and offer letter won't do much. Reference letter with all required elements is a must.
I guess your HR who works at a new company won't be able to use letterhead from the company you worked for...
I guess what you can do then, is ask him for a notarized letter with all details CIC requires, and then you'll need to prove he actually worked there. Maybe he can send you a document like business card, contract, pay stubs... Something that shows he worked there, and that he had the status to sign off on your duties.
You'll have to add a LOE as to why you can't get them the exact documents, and that you did your very best. However, make sure to include your old company info (email, phone, address, registration numbers...etc)

Thanks alot that explains pretty much

I have the letter head of company and HR manager can sign on it but problem is HR manager does not have the official email address of that company so how is he going to resolve that problem ?

any thoughts for that ?

A little bit more about me

I am already in British Columbia and applying for PNP, I already had full time Job offer and already working in NOC B and documents I am collecting to gain more score for PNP.

My category is 6221 which is in BC PNP high priority Tech Pilot Program, can you please advise should I go for EEBC PNP or Skilled Worker ? I completed 1 year course from BC PNP and on PGWP.

your response shall be highly appreciated.

Email address should be there but not necessary if your company name has online presence.

So you mean that my Ex HR Manager who is working for different company can sign on my ex-company's letterhead although he is not there any more but he is working on some other company ?

I mean in what capacity he will sign? will it be acceptable? do you have any such experiences in the past from other friends sources or in this forum ?

your advise will be much appreciated

Reason I am worried because the Shit CEOS and his Son does not support their ex employees typical pathetic third world company mindset

So if this HR who now works in the new company can provide you a letter of reference (you prepare, he signs) on a plain paper, which you can then notarize, will work as an alternative. You should back this up by including your offer letter and salary slips(if you have, although they are not mandatory, but in your case it will supplement your reference letter)...

Oh Thanks bimale4bipeople for your response thats really helps me once again thanks alot both of you

What I am going to do now is prepare a letter of my Ex company with NOC and EE format and my ex HR Manager will sign it and then notarize it. I will also attached my offer letter business card, salary slips and my HR manager can also attached his offer letter business cards etc

I hope that works ?

Business cards are not required... keep it simple...
