Hi all,
I'm an FSW- outlander
AOR . : July 31st
MEP/IP1 : August 22
I've three issues that I'd like to ask u about :
1- I mentioned in my application 40 hrs of work experience ,while the already attached HR Letter stated 48 ...
2- I mentioned that I started my job on October 2008 while it is stated as September 2008 in my already attached HR Letter
3- there was a question in the application asking if I ever applied to the IRCC and i answere "No" , while i mentioned security part that i was actually denied a visitor visa . Is this Okay ?
So do i need to raise a CSE for any of these points ? and am I late for a CSE ? which of these should I worry about? And would any of these lead to a refusal for my application?
Appreciating ur help
Hey I don't see any problems. However when you were submitting how come you just didn't change your application date and hours to match the letters?

Hello all,
I just moved to US for a new job. I used a webform to update my address and got automated response back. The automated response has few forms attached along with contact update, do I have to fill it up again. I used a general form from ircc website, it wasn't location specific.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Hi all,

To the more knowledgeable people on the forum : Below is my timeline:

AOR - 10th August
MEP - 30th August

I am planning to visit Jordan for vacation in November. So just wanted to check if my visit to Jordan or any other country rather, will in any ways have any impact in my PPR process ?? Logically I feel it should not, but just wanted to know better. I have seen lots of helpful answers on this forum. Anybody can shed some light on my above curiosity ??

Thanks

How can you say 70% matching job duties? In my NOC, there are at least 20 tasks mentioned which nobody does in 1 job.

However, as per my experience letter, around 70% to 80% of my job duties are from my NOC.

Hope that would work
i dont say that, its the rule set by IRCC.

if you have more than 70% duties matching with NOC you are good.

I just checked my NOC on CIC. Under Main duties, there is a bold statement which says SUPERVISORS IN THIS UNIT PERFORM SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING DUTIES

I guess it's gonna be fine. You nearly gave me a heart attack. I couldn't sleep last night thinking that my application might get rejected due to this hahaha

Then remembered reading somewhere before getting my experience letter prepared that I need to have some responsibilities instead of all as these are too many responsibilities

Phew!

What is ur noc code bro?

I called CIC. My profile captured biometric info straight away. However, the status still showed as "action required".

CIC person on the phone told me that the case analyst has to get into the file and update it manually. Apparently, they don't get around to it quickly as they are quite busy.

If you don't see your biometric info on your profile, that could be a different problem.
Please can you share the details of how you were able to reach them?

Has anyone with August AOR applied or considering to apply for GCMS notes?
