1. No issue, anything above 30 hours is considered as full time work by IRCC so it would not affect your application and probably visa officer will ignore it by consider it as a mistake. Order GCMS notes as soon as possible to read Case Analyst's notes. If anything mentioned regarding this then only raise CSE and explain.Hi all,
I'm an FSW- outlander
AOR . : July 31st
MEP/IP1 : August 22
I've three issues that I'd like to ask u about :
1- I mentioned in my application 40 hrs of work experience ,while the already attached HR Letter stated 48 ...
2- I mentioned that I started my job on October 2008 while it is stated as September 2008 in my already attached HR Letter
3- there was a question in the application asking if I ever applied to the IRCC and i answere "No" , while i mentioned security part that i was actually denied a visitor visa . Is this Okay ?
So do i need to raise a CSE for any of these points ? and am I late for a CSE ? which of these should I worry about? And would any of these lead to a refusal for my application?
Appreciating ur help
2. Same as above, order gcms notes to see what Case Analyst has written.
3. You never applied for a permanent residence so answer is correct. There are two questions in Statutory declaration regarding previous visa application refusal to Canada or any other country, you need to answer yes to both and provide details. If you haven'e done that part then you should raise CSE as soon as possible and provide LoE along with the refusal letter if available.
