PCC on Passport request time

Respected Sir / Madam ,

I got invitation from canada for express entry visa .Now I have three months stay in Dubai on tourist visa, so as of now there is no requirement for PCC from Dubai .If I am travelling again to Dubai after PR submission on tourist visa and if the aggregate stay in dubai exceeds 6months, will the Canadian government ask for PCC from Dubai during that time or while passport request?One more thing I came to know that the Dubai government won't issue PCC for individuals who stay on tourist visa.

Can you please clarify?

Pcc is for 6 months continuous stay, not aggregate.

Hi Navin

Thank you for your reply .We were in Dubai from June 2018 to August 2018 on visit visa .We came back to India by sept 1st week .After PR submission on Nov 18 we are planning to fly to Dubai on visit visa for 3 more months . Did they ask me for PCC on later stage .
